Fitness Classes coming to Glenfin

Have you ever wanted to excercise but don't know where to start?
Have you ever wanted to start exercising but worried "what others might think"?



Classes are facilitated by Jimmy McCarthy, Martial Arts Black-belt. As well as training five mornings & two evenings, Jimmy also co-instructs and mentors both adults & children with two weight Kickboxing World Champion and professional MMA fighter, Tommy 'The Ghost' McCafferty.
Recent project includes introducing early morning 'Wake up & Work Out' fitness classes on a 1000 employee campus, Letterkenny.


Exercising together is about training in a non-judgemental and respectful atmosphere where the theme is supporting and encouraging each other. It's a way of bringing people together with one common goal...To improve their Health & Wellness! Each person that uses Social Media will be included into a dedicated Facebook group to offer further hints and tips as well as support.

Training will start off low-intensity and will increase as we progress.

This is open to any gender no matter what your levels of fitness.

Each session will be structured to ensure correct stretching techniques, warm up, core strengthening, full body work out and warming down. I may throw in a couple of small challenges along the way.

I will be teaching techniques on motivating yourself, beating your mind to ensure results and hints and tips on achieving goals.

Though the mission is to improve Health & Wellness my approach is to make training enjoyable.

If this is something that interests you I will be holding a free introduction evening on Monday 7th October at 6.30pm. This will include a talk followed by a light training session.

Class cost is €6. This can be paid on the night or pre-pay online using the secure payment link below. I would encourage anyone interested to pay in advance. Paying in advance is a good way of motivating yourself to attend.
