Here’s what you require:
1. Fitness Mat
2. Sufficient space. A good rule of thumb is
the width of three fitness mats & length of one fitness mat.
3. Wearing correct attire (leisure
wear/comfortable clothing).
4. Have water available.
5. Area of exercise is well ventilated.
6. Your exercise area is free of furniture,
sharp objects etc.
7. The floor is free from trip / slip hazards
and dry.
30 Minute class format
- Cardiovascular warm up.
- Full body Stretching routine (maintenance) – Approx. 10/12 minutes.
- Core Strengthening.
- Abs (abdominal muscle group) & Oblique’s.
- Arms & Chest
- Legs
- Cool-Down.
If at any time during these classes (or any
kind of activity) you notice yourself feeling faint/unwell you must stop with immediate
effect and if required seek medical advice.
